  • Even if the second hour is strength training thats WAY to long. You should be doing your Strength training BEFORE your cardio, that way your muscles aren't already tired from all the walking/running/whatever you're doing. Then do only about 30-45 mins of cardio AFTER if ANY at all.
  • Unfortunately because of whom I work for, I'm not allowed to have a sense of humor.
  • Can't wait to get home and Download it after work. I originally had it pre-ordered for the 360 but changed it to PC after I watched/read some reviews that says it's about a billion times better as long as you have a good gaming rig. Higher quality textures, quicker framerate, etc.
  • Numbers are just numbers. Any type of calorie burn number is just an estimation. It's a stat to track and that's it. As long as you're consistant and make sure your stats on the device you're using is accurate you should get a pretty darn close estimation. Now as to which one you should get. It comes down to personal…
  • I considder myself a super geek. You name it I'm into it. Games, Comics, TV, Movies, Comic Movies, Doctor Who, Walking Dead, anything on my Xbox (GEEKING OUT ABOUT BIOSHOCK TOMORROW OMFG!), PC (currently playing SimCity and SCII HOTS) umm..what else.. Oh... I know way to much about Batman...like more than ANYONE ever…
  • Anyone is welcome to add me as well. Log daily, open diary to friends, and have over a year of weight loss junk stored in my brain.
  • I started running about a year ago and had the EXACT same problem. What worked for me was a mixture of Walking/Running Intervals. I used the c25k app from Active.com at first then tried other ones and REALLY enjoyed the Zombies, Run 5k Training app. Make sure you find a pace that works for you, don't worry about speed…
  • Yep, that's me in a nutshell
  • Are you looking for indoor & outdoor tracking or strictly outdoor? If you're looking for indoor & outdoor, out of the 4 I've used Nike+ would be the best. Outdoor only - I'd go with Endomondo. People say they have issues with it turning off or auto-pausing runs...I've never had that issue on the Pro version and I've been…
  • Glad to meet you! Awesome story and congrats on making the choice to stick with it! You can do it and this tool can help!
  • Played a bit of the Story Mode last night and am enjoying it, but here's the thing. Don't take it to seriously, don't try and make any logic of it and just go with it. I mean... SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT *for anyone who didn't finish Wings of Liberty & or the prologue of Heart of the Swarm* Why the heck…
  • I haven't had a Zombie Outbreak yet in my region. Wonder if its possibly because one of my personal city's biggest export is Zombitol? Don't ask me how that worked it just did.
  • Making a commitment is the first step! Good luck! Feel free to add me! =)
  • I agree with Lost Odyessy it's FANTASTIC. I would also recommend the Walking Dead game as well as the Assassins Creed titles.
  • Welcome back! I'm semi new here too but have been using another site to track all my stuff. I got bored there and came here for a fresh start! I've lost over 100lbs, gained some back and am working on losing it again, plus some!
  • I started running when I was 300ish pounds. I could do the elliptical pretty easily and decided I'd try the treadmill. Well.. They're two different animals all together. Here's what worked for me. Start by walking. Easy peasy right? Work yourself up to a 3.5 or 4.0mph walk then start adding jogging intervals, 10 seconds,…
  • There's really nothing wrong, if you're awake with the munchkin for hours on end, with eating something. There were times, with my daughter, that I'd end up sitting in a chair, rocking for hours on end. She would fall asleep on me and instead of me wanting to disturb her I'd just sit there. Before I'd sit down I would make…
  • I quit back in 2009 when my daughter was born. Fatherhood is much more fun that WoW. I went back when WoW gave me a free 7 day to try Mists but....umm.. No.. I was a hardcore raider since well.. Beta really but mostly since Vanilla. The game turned into Pokemon (which there's nothing wrong with but not in an MMO unless…
  • I'm just waiting for my Pre-order to become live. Course I don't remember my battle.net ID... *mutters* Can't wait been playing vanilla SC2 for a couple of weeks just to get back into it.
  • Siren and Mechanomancer combo is wicked.
  • Lets see, where to start. I'm mostly playing on PC at the moment but tend to play on my XBox and Vita more than my PS3 so...here we go. Steam - Oljick XBox GT - DJ Oljick PSN - Lochly Origin - DJOljick I'm also on Raptr under Oljick. Right now I'm playing Black Ops 2 - Zombies, Dishonored, SimCity, Borderlands 2 (from time…
  • I have had a few running watches in my runing days. I now use a Nike+ GPS watch and I love it. Use it indoor and outdoor with the footpod. Pay the extra money and get a Polar accurate HRM its a win win. If you just want a good entry level GPS watch and for outdoor only without any bells and whistles grab the Garmin FR10.…
  • From just counting calories and using the Fat2Fit calculator/recommed calorie adjustments I've lost over 100lbs. Sadly I gained some back do to illness, injury, and some other complications. But I'm pretty positive that it'll come off again. All it takes is eating the right foods, not over indulging (all the time, you…
  • I don't do the video thing. I love hitting the ab machine at the gym and I try and do at least 3 1 minute planks before I go to bed at night. That's about it. It's helped loose massive inches off my stomach. I also have an Ab Roller that I use from time to time.. Speaking of which I should bring that back in from my garage!
  • I run anywhere from 5 to 6 times a week. Usually anywhere from 30mins to an 1hour. I also weight train 3x per week for usually 45mins to 1hour.
  • While I'm not a mom, I am a dad and a HUGE geek. Gamer, Whovian, Comics, I sport a Bat Symbol tattoo on my right forearm =). Avid runner, have lost 80+ lbs and all that other fun stuff Feel free to add me anyone =)
  • I recently switched from one site to this one. Needed a change of scenery. Feel free to add me =)

  • I actually own..or owned both. I gave my FT4 to my wife when I upgraded and got the FT7. I just wanted some extra data fields to look at but still the main one I wanted was Calorie burn and they both are pretty darn accurate. Yes the FT7 allows you to data sync with the extra 40+ dollar FlowLink transmitter (worthless IMHO…
