I hardly exercise. I kinda hate it. But I am active in the summer. I go kayaking most every weekend. Leisure swimming in the evenings. Just started yoga and I like it. But that's it. Never was a gym rat, never will be. I lost most of my weight through a caloric deficit with no exercise.

Wait.....are you blaming a calorie counting website for making you sick? You think it's MFPs fault because it gave you what you consider a low daily caloric intake, which I'm assuming was based on information YOU gave it when you set your goals. Have I got that right?

Now you're just being argumentative. Most people in this thread are giving helpful advice based on the OPs available information. What advice are you offering? As someone whose lost over 100#, I'd think you'd have some helpful insight for the OP. Those links, by the way, that have helped many, many people on this site.

I've given up nothing! I don't believe food is "good" or " bad". It's just food. What I have done is learn portion control and moderation.
