Psyllium Husk FTW! I take the supplement capsules rather than the powder. My IBS is gone. Seriously.

Richard Simmons Deal a Meal. Anyone remember that? Back in the 80s. I actually lost a lot of weight on that. LOL Also, Hydroxycut. Awful.

If you need something quick and filling, Quaker oatmeal Cups. 1 minute in the microwave. They are really tasty and average around 160 calories. The added sugar is a wee bit high, but I dont eat them everyday. I usually add banana or blueberries.

Sounds like you need to decide what's more important to you. Losing those last 7 pounds or eating out 5 nights a week. If you want both then get real...Order the salad sometimes, skip the dessert, drink less, count calories.

You and me both brother. Lobster rolls for life!

If a crepe with ice cream and some fries is considered a 'total blowout', then I'm doomed.

You were replying to a 4 year old thread. Do you really expect an answer from the OP?

I average around 5k. Because I'm mostly lazy and I drive a lot in my job. My preferred excercise is kayaking, so..no steps there but my arms look good!

Why so angry Janet?

Are you being honest about your logging? Because your diary looks very sparse! Lots of extremely low calorie days and some days with no entries.

Chocolate Chip pancakes.

I'm showing my age here.. but anybody remember Richard Simmon's Deal-a-Meal? I did that.
-
Then why did you ask if you already knew the answer?

The calories for their salads are without dressing.
-
Oh really? And where did you read that?

New England. Lobster FTW!

I like your style.

Roast beef sandwich from a local place that makes the best ones in the Universe.

Nonfat plain greek yogurt with PB2 mixed in. I add a couple packets of Truvia. So good.

OP, sorry you got slammed for this. It is OBVIOUSLY written to yourself. Apparently there are some on these boards that get massively triggered by thread titles then somehow manage to make it all about them. [ eye roll ] Hang in there and do your thing! Hugs.

Do you eat fruit?

Volunteer work with my husband and kids. Spent the morning planting over 350 shrubs in a Wildlife Managment Area for my state's Fish and Game dept. Burned mad calories and my back hurts, but we all made it out of there with no ticks on us, so I consider it a win.

This! These forums are helpful, insightful and I admit, sometimes the drama is fun to watch, but at the end of the day you are all just a bunch of strangers on the internet. I couldn't care less what others eat, so why should anyone care what I eat. Sometimes I play along in the 'what did you eat today' type threads, but…

Who is Maegan?

Try and remember to post those pictures in your own thread instead of highjacking someone else's, like you did here. Just sayin...

Looking at your diary this does not seem to be the case. You consumed almost 5000 calories this past Sunday. I think you're being impatient. You still lost over 2 lbs! Give it more time.
