For me, I think it was a combinaton of cardio and strength training. I do as much on treadmil, elliptical, bike and arobics that I can. Usually 5-6 times a week. Ded do the home made version. We grilled out burgers and brats last weekend and I had a burger with baked fries. Was really good and I allowed for the extra fat and calories in my cout by eating a bit lighter during the day. I hardley ever eat red meat anymore so this was a great treat!
