laughing cow has good ice cream sandwiches that are low fat. Also weight watchers sells a line of ice cream products that would fit into a diet. I know myself...if I keep something in the house that is my downfall..I will eat the entire thing!

sorry..got caught up in that convo! You can search the web for tools that plug in your age, weight and height and it will tell you exactly how many calories you need to maintain..and what is "normal" for your body.

If I ate bacon and eggs and was able to hit the gym for 2 hours each day..I would not be here that's for sure!! I'd be on a beach in a small bikini! I know this bc before my back injury that is very close to what I ate and how I worked out. Oh to have that body again! Can I go back to 27 years old?? lol!

When I was not injured I did body pump like the other post said. It is amazing and really helps..Yoga does too and you can do it at home! Good luck! I'll be in your same position in like 5 mo!

I read an article in Dr. Oz mag that cashew milk has the least calories, sugar and fat and most protein of all those types of milks...but I'm having a hard time finding it.

Go to the emergency room right away. They will do X-ray and MRI. This happened to me 5 years ago and it was herniated discs. This can happen even doing the most simple thing. Hopefully it's not that..but you have to rule that out or you can cause more damage. I went from having 3 to now 5. I'm sorry you are in pain :(

low carb wrap with anything healthy you like in it. I do tuna with LF mayo or chicken. Quick, easy and filling! I try to do 5 meals a day also..to speed up my metabolism. It helps.

Because I have back pain issues a lot of people on this site tell me that the calories you consume equals weight loss or weight gain so stick to your daily goals. Are you able to exercise? adding in some exercise 3 to 5 times a week REALLY helps!! (that always helped me before I got injured) Good luck! you are a beautiful…
