On a Sunday for records. Wake up, go to the toilet then weigh. Any other time I feel like without recording it.

365 carbs which is 46% of my micronutrients. I use free weights and supposed to slowly gain weight but its not really moving upwards at the moment.

I did the 5 minute plank challenge in May. Since then I do a 4 minute plank at every gym session which is about 3 times a week. I do it midway during a 2.5 hour training session so I have not tried going over the 4 minutes again but I am sure I could if I tried it on a non-gym day. I have to have two motivational songs…
