  • YES do the race! don't be embarrassed! I'm sure a lot of people aren't runners or aren't in shape. maybe find a friend to run it with you if you're really too worried.

  • i've been having the same problem! i'm soo busy with school that i havent had any time to go to the gym for two weeks! i've still been watching my diet, but i'm struggling to get in the exercise i need.
  • I love Slimfast shakes. They are really good, but honestly, they don't fill me up. They're supposed to hold you over for about 4 hours, but I always feel like I need to Eat some food, because just drinking the shake isn't enough.
