Agree with the others that say eat them back. MFP says 1500 calories for me a day, so if I run and burn 500 cal I should up my intake to 2000 or close to it for sustainable weight loss. MFP will calculate it for you. Good luck

Anybody can add me if they wish. We all need help from time to time.

Yes heart rate monitors can be pricy. Some gyms have sliding scale fees and most machines have built in hr monitors. Going to the gym has really helped me. Again good luck. You can do it, believe in yourself and push yourself through.

Sounds like you need to up your heart rate during your walks. Talk to your Dr as to what your heart rate should be to best burn fat. If you really want to lose the weight you will need to stay in your calorie count most if not all the time. Choices in food matters a lot as well. Good luck you can do it.

Personally I find a healthy, active, confident women more attractive then one who trys to fit to a beauty standard set by magazine's. Be proud of who you are.

Buy local food that's in season, that should lower your cost, and then make meals and freeze or can/jar them, that's what we do and it has dropped our cost dramatically. Good luck.

Life style changes take time, don't get discouraged. You can do this. One meal one workout at a time.
