Do you have a microwave or a hot plate? I love Eggbeaters and turkey sausage in the morning....toss it on a low carb tortilla and breakfast is served....with some low fat cheese yay

Greek yogurt (I love vanilla Dannon light and fit) with a hand full of chopped almonds/pistachios/pecans (mix I get at the store) and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal.....yummers

Sometimes I see it on the screen and think oh hell no....and change what I was going to eat lol I sometimes put it what I know I am having tho so I can tell myself no I don't need that it isn't on list :)

I think it gets you used to portion control. I know if I have a choice I want a large portion of whatever I am eating. I use measuring cups and spoons....I need a scale too
