Thanks everyone! Your posts are really helpful. I'm still hesitant, but I think I will try adding 50 cals at a time.

It took 30 lbs for my coworkers to notice I lost a "little" weight. It took 60 before they could tell significant loss. I'm now down 90 and they all say" I don't even remember you being that big." I'm starting to think my coworkers aren't very observant. haha My hubby could tell after the first 20 lbs though. :)

Lots of "healthy" foods surprised me, actually. walnuts - 50 cals for 4 HALVES bananas- 105 for a whole one avocados- 100 cals for half Peanut butter - 95 cals for 1 tbsp. Crazy! I thought I was doing good by eating those foods. O_o
