That is 1 way to IF (what ^ said). Another way to IF is with a split: Let's say you split a day into 18hrs and 6 hrs...well your 6 hrs would be your eating window and your 18 hrs would be your IF window. Your eating window could be from 12 noon to 6 pm.

My suggestion is to weigh yourself in the morning after using the bathroom. Weight fluctuates daily. You might be retaining water, if you ate too much salt, etc.

The Grapefruit Diet.....I did lose some weight but I was the worst person to be around...mainly because I had a belly full of ****ing grapefruit all day. The Lemon & Cayenne Pepper Diet....gave me ridiculous heart burn. Jenny Craig...I was paying $100 a week to buy her lean cuisines and step on a scale. Could've done that…

Thanks, I am 5'11 and my BMR is 2660. Even though I have no intention of eating that many calories a day, I will not shy too far away from food. I like it way too much. Thanks for the info :)

Thanks, I have it figured out. The 1500 cal/ day is fine and I will increase my workouts and see how my body will respond. It took all day..but now I feel better :)

It wasn't so much the calories but the salt in .....Top Ramen. Over 1,400mg and I couldn't believe it. I haven't eaten my noodles in 2 months. I also was surprised that my favorite foods like Mexican, were the worst. Even my favorite drinks...Long island or Margaritas were 600-700 calories a glass. I haven't had any of…

When I stood on the scale and the display read Err...I was so fat that the scale couldn't measure me. I went on Amazon, bought a scale that went up higher and have been pushing my number lower since.

Either you can create it....or you can log each ingredient separately that made up your dish. The database is pretty awesome the majority of foods are on there. Good luck.

Jergens offer great skin firming creams and lotions. There is a few out there...go for the one that enhances elasticity.

Yeah what he ^ said. You have to figure out how many calories you can eat that doesn't cause you to gain or lose. I have maintained the same 10 lb loss for about a month now...which is not what I wanted to do. This let's me know I need to eat less to lose more weight. I am bigger than you, but my maintenance is 1600.

Everyone is different. I've lost 10 pounds and almost 30 inches. I lose inches even when I'm not losing weight...which is strange to me. I like to weight myself and do measurements because you just never know which one it will be.

I would suggest to make the time and effort like you did in the beginning. Just those little strides towards healthier choices. Pack a healthy lunch. Walk for 10 mins of lunch. Squeeze in cardio in the AM or before bed. You can do it. "We fall down, but we get up"

Check-in and change your weight to 10lbs less. That should automatically adjust your calories. But just check your goals and manually change your calories if it didn't for you.

I think everyone is different but there are all sorts of creams and skin firming lotions out there. Some people seem to have it worse than others. Nobody wants surgery. Idk

MFP calculations are not the say all end all...at the end of the day, you know your body way better than a computer does. I read what MFP says then I make an informed decision about what goals I need to set for optimal weight loss. MFP suggests that I eat 2500 a day, I set my goal at 1650. It's up to you.

I exercise first unless I am just starving. tomorrow is my weigh in day so I will wake up and exercise before weighing. This works for me.

Same here....I thought it was just me. I had some chicken wings for dinner and it kept asking me how many ounces I ate. I got so frustrated lol

Manually set your calories. Take it off Custom and put in the amount you want to eat.

It will. I am finishing up my 3rd squat challenge and each time i have lost inches and my thighs have gotten firmer each time. A squat is one of the best exercises that you can do for your thighs.
