i just pat myself on the back and get a warm fuzzy feeling. lol the only things i've "rewarded" myself with were finding someone special on MFP and buying new clothes but the clothes were a necessity anyway lol so not really a reward. I dont need gifts except that special girl which i never dreamed would be a result.

besides walking which is part of my job and a few days a week i go for long walks recreationally I do 3-4 days a week at the gym now, 60mins a time usually split 30mins of cardio and 30mins of resistance training. fav. 511 straight days now and gone from 112Kgs to 75.3Kg , not using MFPs guidance on macros and calories tho anbd definately not what it works out for how many calories you'd burn doing whatever exercise, i worked out my own Expendature and went with those figures however using the closest things in can find in the database…

mine sais 24 now i've gone into "normal" range at 16.5% but it doesnt account for muscle and naturally large boned people clearly :)
