Glute stretches (before and after) and slow strengthening of your inner leg muscles ie 1/4 single leg squats. I'm still getting better.

I'm 5"6 and hour glass shaped. I'm aiming for 130 , which was where I was before I had my children. My husband thinks that I was too skinny at 135, so beware your own perception. Looking at some of the success shots, I'd be happy with 140-145 with muscles, so my real measure is how my tummy and my arms look.

WW life member but haven't gone back as I didn't want to pay. I buy the magazine for inspiration and recipes, but I've found that some of the sample daily menus (posted in the inspirational stories) look dreadful on a nutritional basis- room for treats but very little protein?

I forgot to add- I increased my exercise, which probably reduced IBS from stress

IBS affects what I can eat, but beyond that has not affected my loss. Foods that I avoid are: cabbage, asparagus, cauliflower, bread. Since I cut down on these, my IBS has gone down in frequency- I still get IBS with PMS. I have started reading about the fodmaps diet.

After 13 years, 2 small kids, depends on how tired we are. So we can do nothing for a month other than sleep, or have sex about 3-4 times a week. daily in the first year lol
