Mammograms and fat %
I've had 4 mammograms recently due to a family history of breast cancer. When we looked at the xrays, I could see the tissue and a faint outline of fat- it wasn't huge relative to the tissue mass, but then again, they squished my boobs to pancake flat. running zig-zagged distance- will it help with plateau?
Hi, I'm learning to run and I am doing both HIIT and endurance (5km) at the moment. I also weight train twice/week. My weight loss has slowed- if I upped/lowered the distance , would this have a similar effect to changing routine ie incorporating an aerobics session? TIA
Ladies-clothes- when/what to buy (budget conscious)
