People who are thin who are acting like their sooooo fat!!! They're either conceited or are suffering from a distorted body image syndrome!! Don't talk to me about fat unless you actually HAVE an elevated BMI.

That is encouraging!!!! No saggy skin after 100 lbs!!?? That's awesome! I am hoping I won't have any either but am just not sure. I have no stretch marks from weight gain. Do you think that is a good sign?

Another yummy treat is to mix Ricotta Cheese with lemon juice and Splenda or Stevia. It tastes like Lemon Cheesecake! You can do it with all kinds of flavors too! If you like Stevia, there are all kinds of flavors you can use! Sooooo good!!!!

Thanks ladies! The stress eating is better. I joined the gym with my daughter and we have been exercising faithfully 3-5 times a week. That is helping. That's where I am losing it! By the time I lose everything I want to, I'll be back down to an A cup which is what I was before I gained all I have now! BUT, the good news is, they won't be in the way so much and you can probably go braless more often without offending anyone.. There are advantages to having smaller boobs!!

I catch exercise whenever I can fit it in. I don't think it matters when you exercise as long as you do. I usually catch an hour after work which usually winds up being before dinner. I am an early bird when it comes to exercising on the weekends. I like to get it in before I start my day.
