I have lost 6.6 pds in 2 weeks. I have been busy gathering and reading a lot of helpful info. I usually weigh in on Tues. I will try to report every week. Keep up the good work everyone!

Women are aweful about this. I have seen eye rolling, comments about how long people work out etc....I haven't heard that from the guys at the gym. Why can't we women be more supportive of each other?

Don't give up! I did that and it turned from 3 pds gained to 30! Just readjust somethings. Get some healthy quick food to grab and remember in a time crunch maybe you don't need "a meal" sometimes grabbing an apple and a handfull of almonds will do. The rest of the food will still be there tomorrow. Somewhere I heard never…
