I did day 1 today, I actually never thought I would ever work out so hard I almost threw up, but I did that today. It was awesome and I can actually feel my metabolism boosted today. I'm eating according to the nutrition plan, between 1650 and 1700 Calories which is so much better than starving myself.

I am! Just did Day 1 of 60 and it was awesomely hard:) I really love HIIT since I'm so competitive and I like to see what I am capable of. I'm on track on diet and motivated to work out!!!
