Looking forward to joining in on this in August. I have been in a serious slump/plateau that I need to kick! I like the idea of giving to charity as I go. I have 18lbs to goal so perhaps every 5#'s lost I give. Great idea and best of luck to you all.

That is precisely what happened to me the first time. I started this at the end of March got to Level 2 day 4 and my knee had it. I was working out on a sore knee for a couple days before but after the first jumping jack I knew I had to stop. I took about a week and change off (lacked the motivation to start over) but now…

12 lbs?!?! Wow! That is great. I'm hoping for inches gone off my hips, arms, belly, and thighs (so basically everywhere lol!) Weight loss would be a bonus but I would rather see tone and definition. Good luck with round #2!

Also, I found one video on Youtube that has all the levels combined. I just fast forward to the level I am currently on. I think I will just eventually buy the videos but I'm cheap. LoL!

I have focused on the scale for so long. At my smallest I was at my goal "weight" but still soft everywhere. This time on this journey I want to focus more on the toning of my muscles than on the weight loss. Looking more at losing inches and toning. :-)

I'm restarting on level 1. I'll see how it goes come day 5 and maybe bump up to level 2.

I then will toss them with some cinnamon and just a touch of sugar (sometimes) and put them in the microwave for a minute. Taste like the apple pie…

Thank you everyone. I am going to give the 1500/day another week and see if there is any success. I was bad last week about tracking, especially over the weekend and the scale showed it. Gain of 0.2lbs (truly not that bad!). So if I still don't see any changes I might give the 1800/day a try for a week, heck ya for more…

The only place I have found to purchase this in my area (Southeast AL) is at the Army commissary. I know you can purchase it on Amazon in single containers or bulk. Bulk would be the way to go online just because of the shipping cost. The container is like $2.50 at the store but retailers online charge around $3 to ship on…

Feel free to add me as a friend. I am in need of some support and more than happy to support as well. Oh and yes I'm very familiar with the upcoming loom of budget cuts. My hubby is in the Army and currently on orders that may or may not be good after the budget. So here's hoping you and my hubby both have jobs come March…

Oh breastfeeding woes. I have two daughters, 2 y/o and a 6 mo old. I breastfed my oldest and apparently forgot the early struggles when it came to my second. Once again I felt like it would come naturally and be easy as pie. Not so much. Those first few weeks with baby are rough. You are getting use to them, they are…
