Well to be honest your probably better off buying frozen then most of the time if you dont want to shop weakly. Many vegges and only last a week or less some last more of cores like cabbage and squash. The trick is what will last better in the fridge or will last longer out of the fridge. I found a diagram once on pintrest…

Ya ill probably try this next time. This last week was bad and full of crazy donut consumption :grumble: But min is mainly a problem the week ove no real problem the week before. But i think this is a smart way to handel this problem.

I put them in udon soup and make egg curry, Add them to drunken chicken noodles. and of corse make egg salad fore the hubby.

So yesterday had a horabell day at work got so mad that i worked thru lunch, than preceded to eat a small bag of fry's on my way home and 2 pic of cheese cake and beer after dinner, was about 200 cal over lol i need to stop stress eating. All well today will hopheley be better

green tea has about 1/2 the caffeine that coffee has i believe so its hard to say. I wuldent count it but plus is that green tea is good for dieting.

I have a bear almost every night while making dinner. It fits fine into my caller's for the day the only thing I mainly ever go red in is sugar but that's mainly fruit and not processed.:drinker:

I am so with you about the sugar and salt but I don't think going organic makes a difference in this mater, I could be rong but I don't think the sugar and salt content foul under the organic guidelines.

I cook for a living so I usually eat what im serving my self, but if I was going to bring a lunch I am found of Asian bent boxes and what not. You might want to try an Asian salad roll with tofu there easy to eat and stay busy at the same time. Or you could get creative and make pizza with the cauliflower crust. I like fun…

If your looking for verity you should pop down to the library and pick up random ethnic cook books for ideas. My faves are anything Asian almost always healthy, fast and tasty :)
