chicken broth or broth in general. Salten crackers. Just keep the soup going like you drinking water and nibble on crackers. I wouldn't worry to much on a high defasit you should be basically sedentary. just remember lots of liquids. And sry you sick hop you feal better :D

So you go to Exercise diary and add them there thy will then go to your food log. But just rember if you eat back your calls you wont loose as fast. And for Kimmy66 there is a general aerobics in the exercise library good lock all :)

This ^ if you are bored you should get premixed spices it will make it easier for you. Plus it makes it funner to try random spice mixes.
