I have just came to your website and trying to get my bearings on how your site works, logging food was very easy. But, I want to log everything I do during my day as far as exercising goes, because I can not do normal cardio exercising, I have a rod in my right leg which limits most exercises, so mine consists of sit and be fit type exercise and they are about 25 to 30 minutes long and walking, cooking normal home activities, preparing meals, cleaning house etc, I can find these items such as food prep in the activities list, I can enter the time it takes to do these and it converts it to calories as I expected but I don't know how to transfer them to my exercise log, Please can someone tell me how to do this I need Help.

How can you log using a exercise DVD. I wish they had a dairy for that or a way to log it since a DVD has different exercises you would be doing.0
