1. My right knee swells after a going jogging. 2. My workout shoes are old enough to be in middle school. (Might be the reason for number 1. Lol.) 3. I put budlight into my dairy as a snack.

I don't eat more just because it says I have extra calories after a workout. I try to stick to my meal plan and only snack if I'm hungry.
