Thank you!! For consistency, I literally just take it , one day at a time. I try to pace myself and add something new as I become comfortable. For example, I started out doing a 5 minute workout, then gradually moved to 10 min. Or another example: I started out walking, now I walk and jog combo. Little changes along the…
