1 pound of muscle does not weigh more than 1 pound of fat. That is true.... obviously. But if you have the same size/amount of fat here and the same size/amount of muscle there, doesn't the muscle weigh more?

Whatever is easiest for you. Whether you add them in at night or in the morning it will be the same everyday. As long as you log it the same everyday you'll be fine. If it were me I'd do half and half, def adding the handfull of o's to the morning log.
