You can bust out like, 100 of them - so it makes you feel accomplished even though you didn't kill yourself at the gym, so that feeling keeps you motivated, they lift up the butt and…

We converted out garage into a workout room - mostly because we have hardwood floors, and even with matting, I don't want to risk damaging the floors. Also - because y'all stink. :) It worked out very well. We got cheap interlocking mats on amazon - my husband was able to build his weight set and bench piece by piece, so…

THANK YOU everyone! Seriously! I still think I look pretty flabby - but being able to buy clothes right off the rack is REALLY awesome! I def do NOT ever want to lose my curves. :) The fat however, can get the F off though!

BTW- the first week was easy. The second half of the first cycle was pretty hard. I craved carbs and sugar bad - but I stuck with it and now I don't even crave potato chips or ice cream... So, it's really great for breaking those food addictions. I've also lost 4.5 inches overall since starting. Cycle 2 was better, because…

I'm currently on Cycle 3- followed it to a T. Never felt better. I have not ever felt hungry on it at all. I've finally broken a 3 month long plateau. I've lost just shy of 10 lbs during the first two cycles.

I joined MFP in April of last year- I think? I had already been losing on my own just by not eating... Which was not healthy. I did the 30 day shred, and c25k, and I use the Kinect for Xbox a fair bit. Right now I'm following the Stronglifts program, along with my husband - and I'm running 3-4 times a week - trying to…

Aiming for 1600, but depending on what exercise is for the day, sometimes more. I did the 1200 for a long time, and then stalled and stopped losing. But, I stalled when I started moving my butt. So by adding back in calories, my body had enough fuel again and I started losing again.
