I do both the days I don't go to the gym, I workout with Xfinity-OnDemand has many options, plus BowFlex weight machine..easier

If you had the option to shower or freshen up aftwewards I probably would , but maybe just leave work a little early to go run after work.. good luck with that:smile:

wow..the pic is not the problem..but I truly feel you about the gym, I have not been in months, it is very boring. Something will inspire you, go to the mall buy something really cute, but in a smaller size.
