Thanks, I'll probably reduce my deficit and see if it works.
-
Yea, I think I'll eat at tdee for a week or 2 and than perhaps create a smaller deficit. Thanks

I went from 1700 to 1200 for a month and about 2-3 weeks ago back to 1700-1800. I can finish the day at 1700 for a day or two but by the third I can't fall asleep without 2300 and up. Probably only a couple hundred above tdee.
-
But the thing is I did return two weeks ago lol and it was great the first week but now this week it's like something driving me to overate way above tdee- 20%...could it be my body self adjusting or something
-
You'd send your body/hormones out of whack eventually...c'mon a diet of ALL milk is unrealistic from the get go.
-
Eventually low calorie backfires trust me, just make the jump and you'll be golden. Now, some people drop weight instantly others like myself fluctuate for a week to a month and than weight comes right off. Scooby tdee is fairly accurate btw
-
I guess you're right but I'll stick to 1700 cals and give it another couple weeks maybe I'll drop a couple pounds. By the way, I was looking to get to 140-145 before I started bulking up.
-
5'7 started at 170 and my calories were at 1700, then later on in the summer I dropped them to 1400 or less and was losing very quickly. However, I hit a wall and energy slump, I recently jumped them back up to 1700. I now come in at 154-157 depending on the day you catch me. It's almost a month so I should probably…

I'm busy and yes lazy so I don't actually work out but I've been steadily losing without exercise whatsoever except an occasional game with the guys every now and then. My diet isn't 100% clean eating but I don't snack on chips for example. I have hotdogs, burgers, sweets, etc in moderation. However, I should've mentioned…

Just stop undereating and your body/mind won't push you to binge ever again. Do tdee - 20% and it'll work
-
In my opinion, don't over stress the quality of the food and just chill-lax. Take it easy dude, you don't have to eat 100% clean to lose weight, I know this from personal experience in the past. However, it helps if you do. Try to lay low on the junk and have wholesome meals.

Up your calories to at least your bmr if you're working out, skip the guilt trip.
-
RPG's like skyrim, mass effect, etc.

That's not much fruit, you're fine! Enjoy your fruit as long you watch calories than fruit is probably the best way to get carbs. Well second best to vegetables
-
After workouts because if you've lifted your muscles are more accepting to glucose or "carbs", With cardio, it's pretty much the same thing. So I'd say after but again it's up to you,
-
Take a second look at your calorie deficit, I overestimated the amount I burned in the last week. Always assume your rmr or bmr is less than the calculator's estimate and your calorie intake is more. Also, it's kinda hard to be low carb and high fruit, just wondering how you managed that. Your macros shouldn't control your…

They are healthy and lower in calories. Apples generally have a low GI so you're fine and don't stress it. Enjoy your fruits and stay within calories but I'd recommend sticking with Apples, pears, etc rather than bananas because bananas are great but tend to have more fructose sugar and more calories.
-
Yea over drinking too much water in one sitting could overfill your body causing harmful effects including death. I mean it's hard to reach the limit but don't overdue it and spread out your water intake. Clearly, I'm no doctor dude but I researched it.
-
Suffer now and enjoy later, when you something bad enough...chances are you'll get it.

Jealously!

Ditto. I was on atkins like last month and felt like crap. Now, I eat carbs mostly coming from fruits but yea I eat carbs and don't stress it. I try to balance my meals and do exercise now. Please don't do diets, just do calories in and out. There is no secret and macros are important in a sense but calories is what gets…

A bow of cereal, c'mon now? That's no big deal, even if you overfill it and in a reasonable amount, most you could squeeze out in a bowl is 300 calories. You're fine, just don't make it a habit but it has not set you back in any way because we're talking nickles of dimes in the grand scheme of things.
-
No rest equals crappy results, just relax and take it easy.
-
Just being happy and stuff. Course, I'll probably go out or something.
-
Some people just naturally can eat more and that's not fair but then again when was life ever fair? I know it blows, I see dudes and chicks eat more than me but then I think, wait a minute...it's just food. Think body over food and I know from my friends that, they're actually hungry and their bodies are able to take on…

Look up Brad Pilon how much protein blogs and the book. All in all we don't need much protein unless we're planning on building muscle mass.

When I lost weight the first time; currently losing it the second. I was 10 pounds away from my goal but everyone called me skinny and said I was super thin. I couldn't get used to being skinny because mentally I was still obese, ya know. The next logical move for my body would've been to gain some muscle and stuff but I…

It's all in the cream dude

That's too much, don't stress macros to an extent just worry about calories.
