Excercise really does work, even if you can get yourself out for a walk and get some fresh air. Yoga is also truly an amazing way to calm down and re-center.   • oooooohhhhh big fan of tattoos, its amazing how realistic they can be these days. I have a few, including a largish on on my shoulder blade and one moth on the front of my shoulder. I like the moth because you never realise how they can be beautiful until you take a closer look, kinda felt like that was me in some ways.…
  • i'm in love with ricepaper wraps filled with shredded carrot, lettuce, cucumber, ginger, and a little sprinkle of soy sauce. So easy to make and low in calories. and popcorn............gotta love the popcorn!
  • Agreed, i would love to see Zumba added. I wear a heart rate moniter to Zumba and am burning anywhere from 500-700 cal per hour session..:smile:
