@Tarzan37 I love to eat them on turkey burgers-that’s the first thing I ever had them on. I can’t seem to eat a whole avocado which makes me feel so wasteful! I finally managed to get my husband interested in them as well (by making him eat one on a turkey burger)!

@smithmns414 We’re TTC too! Who ever knew it would be so difficult?! Tried this cauliflower crust pizza for lunch today and it was really good! Would definitely buy it again- around 390 calories for the whole thing and an easy grab n go meal!

Today there were like 50 pizzas delivered to work. The pizza place was celebrating healthcare workers (I work in a lab) but I ate my healthy choice meal and saved hundreds of calories. It took a lot cause it smelled soooo good!

Look at keto recipes (this doesn’t mean you have to follow keto) but there are a lot of good recipes out there that will help you cut carbs if you so choose! I just had cauliflower crust pizza for lunch. Tonight we are doing steak tacos and trying a cheese tortilla. Filling and delicious!

I’m hypo. I tried keto once. Got the keto flu and couldn’t break through it. Now I eat a lot of keto recipes but I don’t follow it. I get my cravings out 1-2 a week for one meal but I don’t ‘cheat’ it’s still within my macros and calories. Working great so far!

We made Oreo cheesecake this weekend and it was delicious (I refuse to feel guilty. Instead of eating half the pie in one day I’ve kept it to one piece a day and we gave away the second pie!)

I did WW earlier this year. And I did lose like 50lbs in 4 months but I found it unsustainable in the long run. It promotes some healthy options but also promotes lots of fat free stuff that I didn’t enjoy. So I’m back to MFP too!

The hints on the launchpad weren't working for me :( I ended up calling off of two days of work because I couldn't stand. Apparently I can't handle that little of sugar in a day. I need to re work my goals I think to make it a little healthier for me!
