I want to apologize for missing my weigh in every one. There was just a lot going on emotionally and professionally this weekend. I was lucky I kept tracking my food!

I’m curious about everyone’s weekly goals- are people doing 2 lbs, 1 lb etc? I’m worried that at 2 lbs- might be too extreme when I read that having too high of a calorie deficit can negatively impact fertility. What’s everyone’s experiences?

Hi all! I’m Charlee, this will be my second month doing this challenge. I’m 29, married for 2.5 years and wanting kids. :) Challenges really do get me going. This month I logged 15 workouts out of 29 days. That’s a huge step for me! Excited to keep going with you all. :)

The steps have been a little wacky lately. Mine erase when My exercises come over (connected via Apple Watch) and update a little while later. Maybe thats what is happening to you?

@ChrysalisCove Im usually a couch potato too. I’ve been working on getting more steps. Walking things to the areas I need one at a nice. Working out in the yard. Going out on walks just to get moving. Every little extra thing helps :)
