    Well, tomorrow is not going to be pretty. I just got back into town and the 1st thing that happens is my mom comes to visit and wants to go to the Chinese buffet (her favoriteist place in the whole wide world) I need to stick my head under a water spigot now from all the salt and fast tomorrow.

    @mram3582 Oh man, I feel you! Buffets are tough. I live in Las Vegas, NV, the buffet capital of the world it seems like lol Of course now, none of the buffets are open.. well maybe a few, but MUCH different now. Are the buffets being served differently over there? If they do it "cafeteria style" or "serve to your table style", you may be better off! I LOVE buffets, but I'm so glad they are closed right now and that I'm not in the mood to go out haha.. Good luck!!

    I measured myself this morning and I lost 7.5 inches from my chest, 2.5 inches on my stomach, 2 inches off my hips, and 3 inches off my right thigh from when I last measured two weeks ago.

    Hello teammates!

    I'm a 5th grade ELA teacher in Washington State. Last week was our last week of school, distance learning, and I completely unplugged after submitting my grades. Today is the first time I’ve touched my computer since, June 23rd.

    Right now things are starting to settle down and become somewhat “normal”. So, I'm hoping to tighten up on my exercise routine this month. My goal is to get to out for a walk or on the treadmill at least 5 times a week and drink at least 50 ounces of water daily. Hopefully these goals will help me drop some of the quarantine weight I’ve gained.

    @kimikats All of our buffets are open and normal. They put 1 empty table between all customers and ask that you use the provided hand sanitizer before touching anything on the buffet
