    Exercise: Yes- strength training (legs) & 7.93 bike ride.

    I got a new bike and did my first ride. I haven’t been on a bike in over 3 years but my friend, who does 20+ miles a day on her bike, talked me into riding to the river. “It’s only 3 miles”, she said. Ummmm, wrong more like 4. It was great a ride there but OMG, I was ready to hurt her on the way back. ;)

    Gained 0.6 pounds, but lost a total of 3 inches overall. Gained 0.5 inches in chest, stomach, and hips, but lost 1 inch in the waist and left thigh, lost 2 inches in the left calf.
