I got a new bike and did my first ride. I haven’t been on a bike in over 3 years but my friend, who does 20+ miles a day on her bike, talked me into riding to the river. “It’s only 3 miles”, she said. Ummmm, wrong more like 4. It was great a ride there but OMG, I was ready to hurt her on the way back.1 -
