I measured myself this morning and I lost 7.5 inches from my chest, 2.5 inches on my stomach, 2 inches off my hips, and 3 inches off my right thigh from when I last measured two weeks ago.3

Hello teammates!
I'm a 5th grade ELA teacher in Washington State. Last week was our last week of school, distance learning, and I completely unplugged after submitting my grades. Today is the first time I’ve touched my computer since, June 23rd.
Right now things are starting to settle down and become somewhat “normal”. So, I'm hoping to tighten up on my exercise routine this month. My goal is to get to out for a walk or on the treadmill at least 5 times a week and drink at least 50 ounces of water daily. Hopefully these goals will help me drop some of the quarantine weight I’ve gained.
