Hope everyone had a great weekend. I got to see my mom & family in Virginia. I hadn't seen them in 4 months due to Covid. Needless to say my diet wasn't on my mind. I didn't even try to track my food for the first time since January. But I did stick to my fasting windows so I didn't do too bad this week.
Well it's back on track today. I meal prepped for the week last night. And I'm back at it. Let's have a great week.1 -
