Exercise: elliptical 40mins
Comments: today was an epic fail. Tried to be lax and not cook, so I ordered in. Only at two meals, but one of them, I ate a half of a cinnamon roll and the other was pizza. Idk why I went so far to the dark side.
Gonna get right back on track tomorrow, but definitely not a high point today.0 -

Exercise: landscaping for like 5 hours, does that count?
Comments: I’m exhausted! Although my Apple Watch didn’t track a lot of calories burned I felt them. Sweating up a storm and using tons of muscles. I’ll be feeling it tomorrow! Tomorrow is a preplanned maintenance day. If it’s preplanned does it still count as calories good or not?!?
A look at some of the work we did today which included a rather big stump removal.

I bet you are sore! Great job! I did an hour of intense cardio on YouTube the other day and thought I was going to die for days after. I walk upstairs 36 times a shift on average at work, and that was rough after that hour.2
