Goal/day/comments: my feet are hurting today! 3 days of being on my feet almost all day sure takes a toll, but I still felt good doing it. Today I wore some of my tighter scrubs to work and they were loose!4 -

I live in the US, Ohio.
I work out at home, mainly because there is not a gym close enough that I wouldn’t talk myself out of going.
Long term weight loss goal is a total of around 142 pounds. (From SW to GW)

Where in the world are we all located? Northern Michigan. The snow belt 🤮 .
Where do you work out? (Home vs. gym) I do walking videos on YouTube at home. I burn more calories from that compared to outside walking. It gets intense.
What’s your long term weight loss goal in pounds? I want to lose 70 more lbs. I would love to be around 115 lbs. I'm short. I was down to 159 from 260 before I got pregnant for my youngest.1 -

I typically work out in a gym, but we have been in quarantine since March 4th. So, no gym for the last 3 months. Hoping to eventually get back into the gym though!
Long term, hoping to lose about 20-25 more lbs.

Unless some miracle happens, I'm definitely not going to lose 2 lbs this week. I'll be lucky to lose one. Halfway through the week and scale hasn't moved in my favor. VERY frustrated. Baby weight is extra hard to lose this time. Anyone else having a frustrating week?1

Always at home but I do miss my Zumba classes!
Started off at 196lb 4 years ago and my realistic goal has been 135lbs. Now I’m looking to go to 126lbs for the ultimate goal having already lost 40lbs2 -

I feel you there @daloverlyme, work is so super difficult this week that I’m finding it impossible to fit anything in aside from that! My calories are fine but exercise is proving difficult to fit in anything more than 15 minutes 😩2 -
I’m originally from Seattle, but moved to Lagos, Nigeria a year ago with my husband’s job in tech.
I work out at home with the help of elliptical.
My goal is 47lb weight loss (192-145)
It’s cool that we are all over the world...struggling in the same ways.
I know for me, this week has been hard, there’s a lot going on in the world. But trying to remember I have more energy when I exercise.
