    The July chat thread is now open, so go introduce yourselves to your new team mates. We will continue to use this chat thread until the end of the June challenge and then swap over to July chat.     Happy Monday all!
    Last week was a rough one for me. I mentioned I got bit at work. Then I had some days off from work to reset before we get into the swing of summer. I stayed home for 4 days & all I did was snack. It seemed like the fridge was calling me. I could not imagine how all of you that have been home for months have been handling this lock down. Well I'm glad to be back to work tomorrow.

    Exercised: yes (yoga and barre ) still not able to do much cardio bc of the ankle and knee. Ankles getting much better, should be able to get back to cardio tomorrow.

    Comments: Found out I have a sprained SI joint today which explains my hip being so wonky lately! Got a fancy belt to get it all sorted so here is hoping to some pain free movement soon!

    Comments: had my blood sugar drop today. Didn’t eat enough around my workout I guess. Feeling better now with my big meatball dinner :)

    @kakemery I hope that belt is a fix-all. There is nothing worse than being in pain all the time!
    @procolorer I'm so glad that it was an easy fix! I have to sugar or eat a high protein meal before workouts because I'm hypoglycemic too....terrible feeling!
