    Yay!! I am home now! I am going to sleep for a day or two and clean the heck out of my house (my husband is a so-so housekeeper) :/<3 I need to figure out how to change my photos over to a format that mfp likes so that you guys can see "old roy" and some of my kayaking adventures in the bayou. I am terrified to step on a scale again (those folks fed me good!) :#

    I've slacked on the nightly post. I work in foster care, and its been rough the last few nights. I'm working 24-hour shifts with little time between that I spend with my one children. I just want to snack all day!

    @mram3582 welcome back!

    @daloverlyme I feel your pain. Yesterday I ate way over & way too late. I work with kids with behavioral issues & one of them but me. So after getting him to calm down & get back on task. All I wanted to do was eat. I snacked before I left work & I snacked again when I got home. I'm back on track today but I was frustrated with myself for yesterday.

    I get it!! I have 6 adolescent boys right now. Most have behaviors because of Trauma. It's so hard!!! I've been assaulted a few times.

    Hey everyone! I’m not sure if I had to register again, but I recently lost track - mainly because I haven’t had access to a scale. I’m really sorry about this. I’ll be looking into getting one sometime this week (and will probably get into it next time because we’re already in week 2 😬)

    @BubblyFaceBruh I'd just need a starting weight to get you into the July challenge. Normally it just rolls over and the people that are already in the challenge don't have to do anything to roll into the next challenge, but you missed 2 consecutive weeks, so you got dropped. No biggie though, we can certainly get you back in. Just starting weight and preferred weigh day! Welcome back!

    I did discover something interesting about my weight. I knew it liked to go down to almost under 300 and then jump back up to between 315 to 320 for no reason before going back down. I looked at my previous weight entries and the last time it did this was 3.5 months ago in March. Before March, did it the same 5 months before that in October. Before October, it did it 3 months before that in July of 2019.

    I just don't know why it does it.

    But I also know that the 3 to 5 miles of walking I have been doing is having some sort of effect as my backside is shrinking.

    Tracked : no
    Calories: probably pretty good
    Exercise: yoga and arms
    Comments:
    I was running a few days ago and busted my knee open really good and hurt it and my ankle, so I’ve been a bit off the MFP but I’ve been concentrating on how to adjust calories without being able to exercise as much. Hopeful it has been as balanced as I’ve hoped without tracking the last two days.

    Just wanted to say, to all of you working with kids I really respect the work your doing. I know as a nurse, it can be really rough and the tendency to snack can often feel like the only “me moments” in a long tiring day. I hope this group can be a support to you. Just wanted to say good job to everyone really, it’s kind of shocking to face time with people and see what took the lock down is taking on friends. Some have chosen to get fit and others have really gained weight during this time. So, glad for us all we have this group.

    @kakemery Great job getting back on track today!
    @TypingToaster salt does that to me. +/-1000mg of Na= 6-10lbs gain/loss
    @chedaze I hope that your knee gets better soon!
