This should fix itself. Happens to me a couple times a day. I delete the crazy negative adjustment and it fixes itself within a few hours. It’s super frustrating but this app has had an unbelievable amount of issues lately.

Been a busy day for me today! Took the dogs on a 30 minute walk, did 30 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of The Fitness Marshall videos. So far so good on the food front.
