I make breakfast casseroles! I put a small portion of hash browns on the bottom, sausage, cheese, veggies, and then eggs on top and baked until eggs are done. Is good all week long and all I have to do is reheat it!

I use an Apple Watch. My activity level is sendentary. If I walk about 10,000 steps a day I get about 160 or so calorie adjustment. Not sure for you personally but I figured a comparison might help.

Cool whip (I use the lite when I need lower calorie) mixed with chocolate PB2. Baked apples with a dash of cinnamon and sugar. Enlightened ice cream. All of the above are pretty good on calories (depending on how much you have) and satisfy the sweet tooth. And are delicious!

@smithmns414 Sadly my ob/gyn has decided I should suck it up for the next 4 months and then come to him. Very upsetting news today. I will be on the lookout for a new doctor here soon. Do simple things at first. For example we just had a burger without a bun. We add an overeasy egg and a bunch of veggies- delicious and easier to eat without a bun! Meatballs with sauce- no pastas. I was never able to do keto- kudos for doing it! I know some people had trouble with keto because they were still consuming just too many calories.
