Jawbone UP here!

How are you levels? I have no luck losing weight unless my levels are on the lower to middle side of the spectrum and it has taken a lot of tweaking! Also, what is your intake looking like? Are you measuring or eyeing portions?

I have the Jawbone UP. I think it's a pain in the butt to have to keep plugging it in and opening the app just to see how many steps I've taken. I'm going to upgrade to one that syncs through Bluetooth soon. Probably the Fitbit Charge HR Also, the band gets caught on sleeves and blankets a lot.

It might just be something you're eating- you can try process of elimination. It took me 2 years to figure out that coffee was what was causing my extreme stomach pains. Good luck!

Feel free to add me! I'd add you but this app on my phone won't let me get onto people's profiles for some reason the last two days!

I'll add you! Jessica (with the obnoxious last name you'll never be able to pronounce)

I love finding people with stories about hypothyroidism- gives me hope! And I agree- we all eventually have to stop blaming our disorder! Feel Feel free to add me :)

I would mess around with your calories- sometimes people stall because their eating too many or too little calories. For a stall I usually have a couple days where I'll eat 200 more calories than I normally do and it'll kickstart me right back up. :) Great job on the loss and keep messing with your intake until you find…

People who constantly post on social media asking people for free things, or to do things for them because they are too lazy. It just irritates the crap out of me. I could deal with it once in awhile but every single day? Come on. Drives me nuts.

It's really easy to blame it on work, or loved ones etc etc- but to really, really do this you have to realize that it's you who is doing this to you. You CAN say no. You also can eat things proportionally and within your calorie diets. My work does potlucks all the time- people bring in deserts all the time. I just say…

I agree with these too. I wish my doctor would tell me my thyroid was in normal parameters. That'd be the best news I've heard in years.

Night shifter right here. I work in a lab and am straight bored right now. Snow made things slow and now we have to wait for everything to get in. Oh the joy.

I'm kind of on the same page (with way more to lose). I battle my hypothyroidism every day and finally lost the weight, then it went a little wacky again and combined with me drinking pop again and I ballooned ! Love to have you as a friend

I'm on the same path as you, together we can do this!
