I also do once a week on a Friday morning- i figure i am "better" during the week and saturday is my treat day so friday makes sense for me.

Hey everyone This is a nice thread!! Need some advice- Does anyone have tips for reducing bloating around TOTM? I accept that I will gain/ not lose (if lucky!!) but the bloating just makes the clothes that were feeling a bit looser feel tight again :(
