Sounds like you are just lazy. Counting calories works without meds and you know it but only want meds because you gain when you stop counting. That's laziness.

LOOKING AWESOME!!! This is exactly the motivation I need. I'm 5 ft. 3 and 3/4 so I would look a tiny bit chubbier at 145 but I must say I only have a great looking future ahead of me :-)

I sooo understand.. man I can lose 1 pound a week but lately cannot see 2 pounds per week gone. I don't know what it is, but earlier in my weight loss journey I was killing it. Here's to 2 pound losses if we can manage! LOL

Ditto. I also do good until...killing myself on the treadmill only results in 1 pound of weight loss (when I know I am capable of losing 2 pounds) And so my sore muscles and miniscule weekly weight loss depress me to the point that I don't exercise for 2 or more days. Wah :-(

Al Fresco Chicken Sausage from Walmart. They say 70% less fat than regular sausage plus they are all natural so that means they contain no nitrates All you have to do is heat them up in the microwave for a minute.. My favorite flavors are Sweet Italian Sausage, Spicy Jalapeno, & Roasted Garlic. :-)
