Thanks for all of your quick replies! I targeted apples because while reviewing my dairy it was the single item that had the most sugar. After your helpful hints, I won't cut apples out entirely, but I will cut back a little. I was thinking of replacing them other fruits or maybe with veggies... See, I learn something new…
