I find egg beaters very filling. 1/2 c egg beaters, fresh mushrooms sauteed with garlic, 1/4 c of fresh salsa and then a piece of high fiber bread with spray butter. 60+20+30+50=160 this is a great breakfast low in calories. Don't be discouraged. Make sure you are logging in all your food intake. Also, I have noticed the calories that are listed for what I am supposed to burn for exercise are actually much higher than what I am burning. See if this could be the case. Good luck.

I weigh throughout the week because it is encouraging for me. I do know that it can go up or down due to water weight. I only jot down my weight on Sunday.

Its true the sight works. I have lost 5 pounds too! I am excited but want to continue the journey. It is an everyday struggle. But having the site and members to share the experience with is great!

I understand. I did great all week and had 1 bad day. I didn't want to log it down but I did. It was really helpful to see what I had eaten and track the calories. Don't be discouraged. Jot everything down for yesterday and then start right back up. The quicker you end the binge and move on the better. You can do it!

We made potato soup from scratch. I calculated each ingredient for the total recipe which was 2400 calories. I then took the whole pot and took out 1 cup servings to see how many I had. We had 12 cups of soup. 1 c =200 calories. Its just two of us and it is easy to make a large quantity and then freeze extra servings for…
