On the page I sent you it will tell you your BMR, then scroll down and see how many calories you should be eating according to how much you exercise per week.... it will be a lot more! Eating below your BMI is detrimental to your health.

Eat more! I cannot say that enough. I was 144 when I started MFP, ate the recommended 1200-1300 calories a day and felt like garbage. I lost a few pounds here and there, but I didn't feel right. Check out this site: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ It gives you a better idea of how many calories YOU need to eat. The MFP calculator sets most people at 1200 which is rediculous. Everytime I tried eating the 1200 (even eating BACK my exercise calories) I was grumpy and starving.... not to mention I gained 2-4…

I have the same problem! I get so proud of myself for the miles that I'm running, and my friends/family act like its no big deal. They try to make me cheat on my diet but then make me feel bad when I do. It sucks! Vent here all you like. We'll listen. :) Keep up the great work! You are doing an amazing job!

So you upped your calories to 1800-2000 per day PLUS your exercise calories? Sorry, just trying to clarify here. Everyone is giving me so much great advice I'm trying to figure out what it all means! :)
