We use cloth because they contain poop better and save money! I like the Fuzzibunz pochet diapers, Bumgenius Freetime diaper, and Best Bottoms. If you really want to save money you can use prefolds tri-folded inside of a cover.

I was VERY sore for a good 6 weeks after my c-section and had occasional pain well into the 6th month post-partum, everything was normal.
