For the rash you can try a necklace from Hazelaid.ca They make their necklaces from hazel wood. Not sure exactly how it works but my son has skin rashes too but as long as he wears his necklace they are almost gone. Cleaned up his acne too. Just keep telling yourself you are not done quitting yet and start over
