I have the FitBit one and think it's great! It syncs flawlessly with MFP and It helps me keep my movement bumped up during the day. I have used it for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier! It really keeps me motivated.

I have mine synced to MFP and the only thing I log on here is my food tracking or any exercising that I do if I don;t have my tracker on. Works great for me as It allows me to keep an eye on how I am doing as for as exercise, calories burned, etc during the day. If I notice that I am not burning enough calories I bump up…

Maybe you need to just weigh yourself on the same scale at the same time each time you weigh. Personally when I do step on the evil scale I do it it first thing in the morning about 30 minutes after I have woke up and before I eat breakfast. I read somewhere that that was the optimum time to get your true weight. I know it…

I tried the program but had to quit as my knees were hurting so bad I couldn't hardly walk. I have had alot of surgeries on them over the years due to sports injuries and just couldn't take the pain doing the program.
